As our Facilities Porter at our automotive dealership, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Your primary responsibility will be maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our lot, ensuring that vehicles are properly positioned and displayed to optimize customer appeal.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine cleaning of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and break rooms.
  • Ensure that all facilities are clean and well-maintained, including emptying trash bins, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Facilities Manager promptly.
  • Monitor and replenish supplies for cleaning and maintenance, including toiletries, paper products, and cleaning agents.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Physical ability to lift and move objects as required.
