Job Summary:
Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work a Labor and Delivery contract at a great hospital in Richmond, VA. This is a full time night shift contract with a pay rate of $51 per hour. You must have 2 years of recent and relevant experience

 

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive hourly rate of $51 per hour
- Paid weekly
- Flexible schedule

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan for patients with behavioral health disorders
- Conduct physical assessments, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and response to treatment
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on behavioral health disorders and treatment plans
- Ensure patient safety through proper medication management and adherence to treatment plans
- Follow all state, federal, and facility guidelines and regulations for nursing practice and behavioral health care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation

Requirements:
- Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Virginia
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
