Job DescriptionJob Description

The Grow Assistant position will help carry out the day-to-day tasks of the cultivation process and will report to the Director of Cultivation. There are many steps in the cultivation process and Grow Assistants must have flexibility to adapt and perform various duties as needed. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Communicate with support teams and management continuously regarding plant happiness, pest outbreaks, and equipment issues (irrigation, tables, lights, etc.)
  • Timely completion of work per schedule and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow and process improvement recommendations
  • Support other grow team members throughout the grow as needed, including spraying for pest management, supporting colleagues in other grow rooms, or supporting outside of grow rooms
  • Ensure all compliance related procedures are documented and followed per company policy
  • Perform janitorial duties as required to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Fulfillment of all other tasks assigned by your direct supervisor and/or upper management


REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to work Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, some weekends required.

Must have transportation to our Brandon facility.

Must be 21+ and have high school diploma or completed GED.

Must clear a state approved background check.
