Position Title: Aerospace Manufacturing Expediter - Customer Service

Position Summary: Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth flow of product operations? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Aerospace Manufacturing Expediter to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our customers and internal departments, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of product-related issues.

Key Responsibilities: As an Aerospace Manufacturing Expediter, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing proactive communication with customers regarding product status and addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintaining product flow based on customer requirements, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Facilitating and managing interdepartmental workflow to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Tracking internal risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Strict adherence to company delivery metrics and quality assurance standards to uphold our commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and analyze information to optimize processes.
  • Demonstrating multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Performing other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and company.
