ElectroMechanical Helper

Completes all assignments to help Electro Mechanical Technicians maintain and repair manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Help troubleshoot and repair electrical problems with manufacturing equipment and facility.

· Help troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems with manufacturing equipment.

· Work closely with other Electro Mechanical Technicians

· Work with Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technicians to make minor repairs and modifications to the facilities electrical system.

· Practice safety at all times

· Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or production manager.

· Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED required

· Welding: 2 years (Required)

· Machining: 2 years (Required)

· Tooling: 3 years (Preferred)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with team

· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude

· Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

Schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm with overtime as needed
