As part of the Interim HealthCare’s Team, you will provide leadership to and build a high-performance caregiver roster with responsibility for all day-to-day and strategic aspects of caregiver recruiting for a dedicated area.

As a Caregiver Ambassador, you will:   

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train new caregivers
  • Implement new strategies and programs to attract candidates
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the caregiver recruitment
  • Serve as a liaison with location leadership to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations for hiring processes
  • Work with team to ensure that we maximize our HR advertising while maximizing candidate flow to reduce time to hire

To qualify for a Caregiver Ambassador position with us, you will need:   

  • High School Diploma
  • Management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of waiver, ODP and OLTL preferred
  • Experience in health care, elder care, social work, or related industry preferred
  • Able to perform and prioritize multiple functions or tasks.
  • Proficient in software programs and be able to navigate between computer systems.
  • Must be adaptable, flexible and maintain effectiveness during change.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Able to frequently travel locally and out of town as needed, overnight travel occasionally required.
