You get to choose which location you prefer As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you help keep the community running smoothly.


In this position, you are responsible for performing general building maintenance and apartment repairs through assigned work orders or at the direction of the property manager.

Compensation:

$18 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Complete and troubleshoot common apartment service requests
  • Fix minor plumbing and electrical issues
  • Install and repair appliances
  • Repair general punch items
  • Clean and ensure apartment home will pass inspection for new move in
  • Exterior/Interior painting and caulking, and light drywall repair
  • Painting, pressure washing, and leaf blowing of breezeways and parking lots
Qualifications:
  • Light electrical experience 6 months+
  • Basic plumbing experience 6 months+
  • Ability to install appliances
  • Have a strong work ethic with reliability, dependability, and initiative
  • Enjoy working with others and maintaining friendly customer service
  • Own a set of basic hand tools
  • Ability to lift 40-50 pounds
