Job Description: They are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative with reception experience to join their dynamic team. This dual-role position requires a candidate who can effectively manage both sales activities and front desk responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent front desk support.

Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales:
  • Engage with potential customers through various communication channels (phone, email, and social media).
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Follow up with leads and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Reception:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role.
  • Experience working in a reception or front desk role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
