About the Job:

As a Loan Servicing Call Representative you will be responsible for supporting the loan servicing departments by completing daily clerical tasks. Your responsibilities may include receiving/making calls to/from internal and external customers, managing incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, researching, and indexing documents, and assisting in audit preparation and review for the department.

What You Will Do:

  • Receive calls from internal and external customers
    • Make outbound calls to internal and external customers
    • Research customer concerns and responds appropriately via phone calls, emails or written correspondence
  • Opening, sorting and distributing all incoming mail
  • Collect and disburse all outgoing mail
  • Process and track return mail
  • Scan and index documents
  • Prepare and mail correspondence to customers
  • Research and perform maintenance to the system of record
  • Assist in audit preparation and review
  • Understand and be knowledgeable of all assigned systems
  • Performs other functions as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous banking experience preferred

  • 1+ years working in an office environment is required

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

  • Written and verbal communication skills are important
  • Must possess the ability to work in a team environment with the ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and be a self-starter
  • The ability to prioritize is essential
  • Math, problem solving and organizational skills required
