Your role as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative Sales Insurance Agent at Florida One Insurance, your day begins with a strategic review of your agenda, setting the stage for productive client engagements. You'll dive into emails and voicemails, swiftly addressing urgent client needs and company updates. Your primary mission? To connect with both potential and existing clients through dynamic inbound and outbound calls, showcasing a variety of insurance products while understanding their unique needs.

You'll assess coverage requirements, process new applications, and assist with policy changes or renewals-all while ensuring meticulous updates to client records. Your proactive approach will involve tracking sales metrics and following up on leads to harness every opportunity. Engaging in team meetings will keep you on the cutting edge of new products and market trends. As the day closes, you'll document client interactions thoroughly, gearing up for tomorrow's challenges while balancing persuasive sales techniques with authentic customer care.
