Server Job Description

The role of a server is incredibly diverse, demanding individuals who are full of energy, capable of working with a sense of urgency, and possess a genuine desire to care for others. Serving is not a profession for the faint-hearted, as no two days in the life of a server ever look the same. It is an ever-changing and dynamic job that requires adaptability and a constant willingness to go the extra mile.

Bartender Job Description

Successful bartenders should possess excellent customer service skills, strong multitasking abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. They should have a thorough knowledge of different cocktails and spirits, as well as the ability to create unique and innovative drinks. Bartenders must also have a good understanding of basic math and be able to handle cash transactions accurately. Previous experience working in a similar role is typically required.

  • Greeting and serving customers at the bar

  • Taking and preparing drink orders accurately and efficiently

  • Mixing and garnishing cocktails according to company standards

  • Providing recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their preferences

  • Ensuring the bar area is clean and well-stocked at all times
