SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides supervision, training and direction to program Techs, assumes administrative duties of program; integrates and promotes corporate mission.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School with two years supervisory experience.

Special Skills: Must be proficient in computer usage including Outlook, Word and Excel. Knowledge of therapeutic relationships and boundary setting; Clinical care experience with crisis behavior management skills; strong people skills to provide excellent internal and external customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise, train, direct and schedule all techs for all shifts.

  • Provides monthly staff meetings and accurately documents and is responsible for keeping records of meetings.

  • Must be able to provide coverage for any tech that may not be able to work, be sick, or on vacation.

  • Ensure tech staff is following scheduled activities as designed for clients daily.

  • Completes administrative duties daily as assigned by Clinical supervisor.

  • Ensures that all tech staff follow Incident Reporting Procedures.

  • Reports all safety issues and/or facility maintenance needs.

  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential; following established confidentiality policy and procedures; maintaining professional boundaries with clients.

  • Maintains inter- and intradepartmental work flow by fostering a spirit of cooperation.

  • Ensures staff training requirements for techs are completed.

  • Maintains a professional working relationship with all persons served including a demonstrated commitment to person centered care and recovery-oriented approaches to care.

  • Completes all other duties and special projects as assigned.
