Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Technician on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their HVAC systems are functioning properly and provide them with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including but not limited to, rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and air handling units

- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions

- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan

- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and make necessary repairs or replacements

- Keep accurate records of all work performed, including parts used, time spent, and any other relevant information

- Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing updates on the status of their HVAC systems and answering any questions they may have

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, and continuously improve technical skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician

- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair

- Familiarity with HVAC codes and regulations

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- EPA certification preferred
