Our commitment extends beyond manufacturing; we're deeply rooted in our community, prioritizing sustainability and environmental stewardship.In your role as a Robot Weld Operator, you'll seamlessly operate robot weld or saw machinery, applying precision and skill to meet our high standards. Each day, you'll translate blueprints into reality, perform meticulous quality checks, and ensure every piece produced aligns with our commitment to quality, cost, and delivery. Collaboration and communication are key, as you work closely with the team to maintain a smooth operation and pristine work environment.We Offer the Robot Weld / General Labor Position:
  • A starting pay rate: $17 per hour
  • Shifts: 7 pm- 5 am M-TH
  • Referral Bonus: A $100 bonus for referrals, with an additional $25, through WSI.
Qualifications for this role include:
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints.
  • Knowledge of quality measurement devices.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Industrial experience is a plus.
  • Physical ability to lift over 50lbs for an entire shift.
