Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an MSP Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing incoming purchasing requests, interfacing with vendors and distributors, and ensuring timely delivery of products. You will act as the primary point of contact for all sales orders and RMA responsibilities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position is office-based, full-time at our Hauppauge office.

Flexible Systems is the largest managed services provider (MSP) on Long Island. We use our expertise with information technology (IT) to identify, implement, and maintain the technology our clients use to operate their businesses. We help a diverse set of companies with their IT needs and become their external IT department. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our client's orders get processed as well as supporting the team with daily management of admin tasks.

What you’ll do:
  • Purchase computer hardware, supplies, and accessories from our distributors
  • Purchase and manage software licenses and cloud accounts for our clients
  • Manage backorders
  • Manage licensing and contract renewals
  • Manage warranty repair claims
  • Facilitate and process client and vendor returns
  • Work with our technology team to continuously improve our supply chain process
  • Provide administrative support to members of the management team
What you should have:
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a client service role
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Effective critical thinking skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, and work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus
