Sparks Wiz Limited is an engineering consultancy firm seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and possess strong communication skills, as well as a desire to be part of a growing company.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will take incoming calls from our customers and make outbound customer calls for follow-up and upselling purposes. Above all, you will use your communication and active listening skills to provide customers with exceptional service.

- Provide exceptional customer supports by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and handling customer complaints in a professional manner.

- Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with their inquiries and provide information about products and services.

- Interact with Engineers and team members to accurately and efficiently schedule services and ensure completion.

- Schedule and dispatch drivers, work crews, vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs

- Relay information to and from work crews, field inspectors, and supervisors

Qualifications:

As a Customer Service Representative, you must be pleasant and professional with an engaging personality and possess the ability to function equally well both independently and in a team environment. You must be detail oriented and focused, with a flexible and adaptable nature.

- Previous experience in customer service call center is preferred.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Spanish speaking is a plus.

- Basic understanding of retail math for processing transactions.

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Organizational skills to maintain accurate customer records and information.
