We are currently seeking a Treasury Sales Administrator to join our team in Wichita, KS. This role will be responsible for administration, sales support, and customer service within the Treasury Sales team.

A successful candidate will have:

  • Exemplary customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Confident and articulate communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Initiative and strong work ethic
  • Problem resolution and analytical thinking skills
  • Skilled in Power Point and Excel
  • Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with Emprise associates, vendors, professional contacts, and customers
  • An understanding of and commitment to our values

Essential functions of the role:

Administration

  • Support treasury sales team with administrative tasks
  • Direct internal and external customers to appropriate resources for various issues
  • Gather information needed for new services and accounts
  • Open accounts
  • Organize public fund deposits and customers
  • Organize and track implementation of new customer relationships
  • Assist with maintaining treasury management procedures and product guides
  • Recommend process changes to improve efficiencies and enhance customer service

Sales Support

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to support growth of the bank
  • Participate in the development and implementation of sales campaigns
  • Take initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for servicing
  • Follow up with prospects and current customers to promote products and services that will meet the customer’s overall financial goals

Customer Service

  • Drive an experience that is personal and relevant across all touchpoints by engaging customers with exceptional service
  • Foster ongoing relationships that improve customer commitment
  • Respond to customer requests and issues, escalate as needed
  • Partner and develop effective relationships with branch customers, partners, and teammates
  • Project a favorable image of the bank
  • Serve as an ambassador for Emprise Bank to strengthen ties within the community

Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 5+ years’ experience in professional services industry required
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills required
  • Extremely detail oriented and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with large server-based applications and typical desktop software required
