Lula is looking for a 1099 Appliance Repairman to help with property maintenance of several hundred rental properties across the Dayton Metro Area. We are seeking individuals who have experience in the property management industry and has an eager attitude. This individual must be trustworthy, possess great communication skills, capable with technology, and be apt in problem-solving. You will need reliable transportation.

Value Proposition:

*We pay extremely fast (within 24 hours of completing a job via ACH)
*You sent your own hourly rates
*We have a lot of work on a daily basis

*Residential Appliance Experience
