Description du poste

Être l'expert SAP pour les activités logistiques, y compris SAP Materials Management (MM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Logistics Execution (LE).

o Comprendre et soutenir les demandes de nouvelles fonctionnalités ou de changements d'application selon les besoins de l'équipe commerciale.

o Créer des documents d'exigences commerciales (BRD) ou des spécifications fonctionnelles pour les changements.

o Être la principale interface entre l'organisation de la GI et les partenaires commerciaux.

o Défendre les intérêts des parties prenantes de l'entreprise afin de garantir que les services et les produits de sa fonction répondent aux priorités et aux besoins de l'entreprise.

o Coordonner l'équipe de GI chargée de la conception, du développement, de la maintenance et de l'assistance.

o Maintenir un carnet de commandes avec des priorités claires convenues avec les parties prenantes respectives.

o Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des produits et services logistiques, sous tous les aspects, y compris l'expérience utilisateur, l'efficacité, les performances techniques, la cybersécurité, etc. et tout au long du cycle de vie de l'application.

o participer à l'équipe multifonctionnelle afin de gérer le cycle de vie du produit, en concevant, développant, entretenant et soutenant le produit

o Participer au déploiement des processus, programmes et systèmes d'information des groupes Amérique du Nord et Europe.

o Les responsabilités comprennent les activités liées à la gestion de l'information (IM) pour toutes les activités commerciales (États-Unis, Canada).

Qualifications

Diplôme en technologie de l'information, systèmes d'information, informatique ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience.

- Au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans SAP Materials Management (MM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Logistics Execution (LE), SCM

- Expérience de l'application de la technologie à la résolution de problèmes commerciaux

- Compétences en matière de configuration et de dépannage

- Maitrise professionnelle de l'anglais 

- Capacité à travailler avec des équipes multiculturelles

- Capacité à travailler en étroite collaboration et de manière efficace avec les parties prenantes de l'entreprise et la direction de la gestion de l'information.
