  • Supply Planning for company products
  • Lead S&OP and demand forecasting
  • Total Inventory and Slow/Dead stock management
  • SCM KPI Management: Develop and implement KPIs to measure real time service level, forecast accuracy, safety stock, low/zero stock materials, and any inventory-related risk.
  • Supply Chain Process Innovation
  • HIT Rate Improvement
  • Supply Chain Cost Improvement 
  • Commercial Project & RV Demand Improvement 
  • Inventory Optimization

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Business related 
  • 5+ years progressive experience in Supply Chain/Purchasing with experience in the 
  • manufacturing industry, preferably in a strategic setting in a mid to large size organization.
  • Previous supervisory/management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • SAP application experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite. Intermediate/strong skills in Microsoft Excel 
  • Experience in Distribution and Transportation a plus
