Fulfillment Specialist (On-Site in Pelham, AL)

Come join our Marketing Fulfillment team as a Fulfillment Specialist in our beautiful Pelham, AL corporate offices. The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring that marketing materials and resources are efficiently assembled, processed, and distributed according to task or project requirements. This position is tasked with supporting the logistics, inventory, and support functions required to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of marketing campaigns and materials.

What You Do

• Picks, packs, and ships marketing materials.
• Prints and assembles packets.
• Inputs and scans orders into system.
• Maintains cleanliness of warehouse.
• Works with receiving warehouse crew of incoming supplies.
• Interact with customers as they request marketing materials and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months or more clerical experience required.
• Six months or more warehouse experience required.
• Demonstrated dedication to accuracy.
• Good Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions.
• Superior time management and organizational skills.
