Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBear Aesthetic is seeking a qualified large format vinyl production associate to join our creative production team. The environment for this position is a shop environment, but may involve some occasional field visits. Candidate must be able to work independently and take action as required by the duties and responsibilities given to them. Under general direction from the Creative Projects Manager, this is a production position requiring hands on knowledge and use of tools & equipment to produce finished products. The best matched candidate would have 2+ years of graphics print and/or vinyl application production experience, and be comfortable in a hands-on role working in a deadline-oriented environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operate large format vinyl printer to print, cut, weed, apply, and remove graphics to acrylic, metal, wood, and other substrates using an application table or by hand
• Perform Quality Control of produced graphics - both internal and external - for highest quality standards for our clients
• Ensure proper maintenance is performed regularly and troubleshoot of printer errors, media jams, and other production issues
• Maintain stock levels of vinyl, ink, tools, and other commonly used media
• Occasionally go on site to support installs
• Maintain a clean and productive work environment

Who You Are:

• Dependable, self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Experience managing multiple projects with ability to rush jobs in your normal work
• High attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on quality
• Creative and artistic ability preferred
• Ability to handle pressure, multi-task and work with tight schedules/deadlines, operate with
  a sense of urgency
• Confident, hardworking, and honest with an upbeat personality to naturally inspire enthusiasm in others

Job Requirements: 

• 1-2 years experience with large format digital print and vinyl application
• Basic knowledge of Versaworks (Roland), Adobe Illustrator, and Windows office suite
• Ability to work with your hands and to lift up to 50 lbs
• Driver's license in good standing
• General PC skills
• Ensure that company standards are met and policies/procedures are followed
