Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all aspects of the daily operations of the company, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical departments
- Ensure efficient and effective workflow throughout all departments to meet customer demands and exceed expectations
- Coordinate and schedule service calls, installations, and repairs
- Manage and train technicians, ensuring they provide high-quality service and adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing of necessary equipment and supplies
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on operational performance, including financial analyses, to present to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managing role within an HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical home service business
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems and operations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer software and systems related to operational management
- Valid driver's license
