Job Description: As a Medical Marketing and Sales Representative at A Brighter Future Healthcare Services, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the medical clinic sector. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with patients, medical clinics, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, promoting our extensive portfolio of medical products and services, and achieving sales targets.  You will also play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts to promote our products and services to medical clinics and healthcare professionals. You will assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, create compelling content, and execute various marketing activities to drive brand awareness and engagement within the medical community.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target patients, medical clinics within assigned territory to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, practice managers, and healthcare administrators.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the features and benefits of our medical products and services.
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and clinical support to healthcare professionals to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns targeted towards medical clinics and healthcare professionals.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Coordinate marketing events and activities, such as seminars, webinars, trade shows, and conferences, to showcase our offerings and generate leads.
  • Manage social media platforms and online channels to engage with our target audience, share relevant content, and foster community engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the healthcare industry.
  • Assist in maintaining the company website and ensuring that content is up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for search engines.
  • Monitor and track marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics for marketing projects.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales/marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in medical sales/marketing or a related field, with a minimum of [2] years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of medical products, healthcare industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, terminology, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a passion for marketing and healthcare.
