INTRODUCTION TO ROLE

Provide a friendly, positive, and engaging experience for customers while monitoring and maintaining the parking lot.

The Parking Lot Attendant is friendly and attentive with guests. Attentive detail and customer service skills.


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Greet customers, monitor entries, and check permits
  • Enforce parking rules and regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness of the parking lot
  • Collect payment and provide change
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Provides regular and reliable attendance
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

The Parking Lot Attendant interacts with guests.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Good personality
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk.

The hospitality environment is fast-paced, and at times you may be required to cover or assist with tasks/job functions outside of the job you were hired for. We require each of our team members to have an All-Hands-On-Deck mindset. This means you may be tasked with other functions and are expected to complete those tasks with the same level of enthusiasm and dedication as expected with your normal job duties.
