Job Duties:

  • Oversee subcontractors.
  • Review and become familiar with the schedule and budget. Coordinate schedule from foundation to completion.
  • Meet deadlines
  • Enforce safety procedures.
  • Report issues to appropriate person.
  • Attend production meetings.
  • Ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience running commercial jobs
  • Proficient with computers and software such as PlanGrid and/or Procore, Excel, etc.
  • Must be able to read blueprints/drawings
  • Excellent communication skills
