Job title: IT Manager

Salary range: $80-85k


Job Overview:

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's POS systems, performing software updates, providing support to the restaurants, and helping to troubleshoot any problems. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure, enabling efficient processes and exceptional service delivery. We are seeking a proactive and innovative individual with strong technical skills and leadership abilities, and proficiency in Toast POS.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our organization's POS systems.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices specific to POS systems to ensure data security, system reliability, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for POS system support, managing vendor relationships and contracts to ensure timely resolution of issues and efficient support services.
  • Lead projects including updates, integrations, and customizations, from planning through execution and evaluation.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance, resolving them promptly to minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Conduct regular assessments of Toast and other operational software performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Train employees on the use of POS systems, promoting technological literacy and proficiency.
  • Some travel to locations in Southern California is required


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT management or restaurant management, with specific expertise in Toast programming, setup and troubleshooting
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership abilities, including team management, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
