We are looking to hire a skilled Cookie Decorator to design and decorate cookies according to Cake Bake Shop specifications. The cookie decorator's responsibilities include preparing cookie dough, icing, and decorating. You should also be able to store all bakery products in accordance with proper product handling procedures to ensure freshness and prevent contamination. To be successful as a cookie decorator, you should keep abreast of the latest styles, techniques, and trends in cookie decoration. Ultimately, a top-notch cookie decorator should be able to demonstrate skilled execution and attention to detail.

Cookie Decorator Responsibilities:

• Decorating cookies according to established brand standards.

• Assisting baking staff with the production of standard bakery items.

• Producing different kinds of icing, frosting, and fillings based on cookie type and customer order.

• Cleaning and sanitizing all work areas and ovens as well as baking and decorating equipment.

Requirements:

• Evening Availability Preferred

• Proven cookie decorating experience (professionally or at home).

• The ability to use various cookie decorating instruments and tools.

• The ability to stand for extended periods.

• Detail-oriented.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Effective communication skills.

• Skilled in operating kitchen equipment

• Know and follow sanitation procedures

• Showcase teamwork and communication skill

• Showcase great organizational skills

• Able to multitask and act quickly
