Job DescriptionJob Description
  • Operates a single and double needle
  • Operates sewing machine to join, gather, hem,bind, reinforce, or decorate articles.
  • Observes stitching and fabric to detect defects and notifies Sewing Supervisor when defects are evident.
  • Follows process to change needles as needed.
  • Follows process to change out threads, including binders and bobbins, as needed.
  • Maintains pace at one position of the sewing line that will meet Company expectations without compromising quality guidelines.
  • May work at different work stations as production needs require.
