Customer Care Specialist

Nissan 112 has openings for motivated team members in our fast growing, established Business Development Center. Previous success in a BDC Center or a Call Center is preferred but, not necessary. Bilingual is also a big plus Strong base plus commission pay structure gives plenty of stability with excellent earning potential.
Successful candidates will have ability to multi-task, be a team player, have a pleasant personality and experience working with customers over the phone. As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service skills are required.
 

Duties:
• Following and maintaining relationship with customers
• Determining each customer's vehicles needs by active listening
• Learning, understanding, and following call and email scripts
• Setting, confirming, and following up on service appointments 
• Performing surveys with customers
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• Basic computer proficiency
