Epoxy Floor Installation Tech

Requirements:

• Drivers license
• Reliable transportation to job sites

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting in Crew Lead with the installation process including: preparation, installation & clean up

• Loading & unloading materials to and from job sites

• Cleaning Equipment (vacuums, grinders, poles, brushes)

• Use swing buffer & hand grinder to prepare the surface of the floor for installation (once trained can use Lavina grinder)

• Vacuum & blow grinded surface to prepare for epoxy

• Assist in ‘chipping’ sidewalls and hard to reach areas for epoxy installation

• Assist in scraping flake & ‘salvaging’

• Chip top coat onto sidewalls and hard to reach areas

• Clean job site and prepare for job completion

• Reports directly to Crew Lead

• Responsible for warranty work on jobs completed.
  

• Must have transportation to the company shop.

• Valid driver's license and able to add to companies insurance.

• Assist Crew Lead in Warehouse Management & Customer Management duties

Warehouse Management

• Responsible for all equipment and materials are ordered, inventoried and properly used.
• Regular cleaning and maintenance for equipment, vehicles and warehouse.

• Maintenance for equipment should follow manufacturer recommendations.

Customer Management

• Responsible for crew introduction and follow up for every customer installed.
• Text messages should be answered within the same hour for customers.

• Warranty work should be scheduled as soon as possible.

• Request for Google reviews, Facebook post and referrals at every job.

• 100% satisfaction.

Skills

• Self-Starter that can take on 50% of responsibilities with a concrete coating installation.
• Proven experience as a Decorative concrete pro or similar work is a plus
• Solid knowledge of the epoxy installation process.
• Great customer service.
• Attention to detail.

Experience:

• Decroative Concrete: 1 year (Preferred)
