We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Modeler with a focus on underground construction design. The
ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in designing with Civil 3D and
Navisworks. This position requires in-office work five days a week, with no remote options. The successful
candidate must be able to communicate effectively in English with project management staff.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain 3D models for underground construction projects using Civil 3D and Navisworks.
Create and manage families and templates to ensure accurate and efficient modeling practices.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements
and deliverables.
Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks.
Generate detailed construction documents and coordinate drawings.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including model specifications and standards.
Ensure models adhere to company standards and project-specific guidelines.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical support to project teams.
Continuously improve and update modeling skills to stay current with industry trends and software
advancements.Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in underground construction design.
Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Civil 3D and Navisworks.
Technical Skills: Strong ability to create families and templates within the BIM environment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Work Environment: Must be able to work in-office 5 days a week.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other BIM software and tools.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for underground construction.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
