Kitchen Manager needed for growing bakery/café concept. Currently with a few operations, this company is about to double the amount of locations in the next few years and we need to develop our core management team

The Kitchen manager for this bakery will oversee the food production to ensure quality and consistency, manage all back of the house staff and assist the General Manager in operations and fill in on their day off. The Café is only open for breakfast and lunch.

You must have past experience with ordering, scheduling, some inventory and working with existing systems. You will be tasked with performing line checks for quality and par levels, working closely with the cooks through service and then get ready for the next day.
To be successful in this position, we are looking for someone that speaks Spanish pretty fluently. You need to have strong computer skills for data input for ordering and inventory. A background in corporate type kitchens is preferred.

Offering a starting base salary of $75K
