Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking reliable and experienced Security Dispatchers to become an integral part of our team. This position will work after hours as a dispatcher for multiple sites throughout the Northern Virginia area. This is a Full Time 40 hour per week position. The pay rate for this position will start at $18/hr.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to call offs and make sure that sites are staffed
  • Maintain strong communication between officers and account managers to ensure positions are being filled
  • Monitor and maintain company tracking system
Qualifications:
  • An Active DCJS Unarmed Private Security License (This is preferred but not required)
  • Highly preferred prior experience working in security, dispatch, or both
  • Candidate must have strong communication skills
  • Candidate must have strong attention to detail
