  • Ability to follow directions.
  • Ability to stay on task with little supervision.
  • Can work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Self-motivated and able to stay on task with limited supervision.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must speak English.

Skills:
  • Previous experience in TIG welding in a production environment.
  • Ability to read a tape measure with accuracy.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to read blueprints and build parts from prints.
