Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality or customer experience and thrive on delivering service excellence. Must have strong communication skills, a solid work ethic, and provide intuitive service to pay close attention to details. They will be required to perform and fulfill both inspections and evaluate our residences. The Property Management and Housekeeping team is responsible for making sure that our properties are in exceptional condition.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Share the common concept – people who believe in treating others as we would have them treat us.
  • Understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
  • Conduct inspections upon guest departure and perform a detailed inventory to account for any damaged or missing items.
  • Report any missing or damaged items promptly, as dictated by LRMB protocol.
  • Report any maintenance issues discovered during the inspection.
  • Ensure all VCI reports are completed in full.
  • Ensure anticipatory questions are answered on VCI reports and pictures to alleviate questions and for a quicker turnaround on the reported damages or issues. 
  • Assist Property Management in delivery of new or replacement items to the Residences. 
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure all operations are running smoothly for proper inspection set up. 
  • Perform detailed inventory and update/replenish inventory as needed.
  • Troubleshoot Residence issues: ensure appliances are functioning, change bulbs, change remote batteries, fix anything that is in your power to repair.
  • Arrive in the field prepared with batteries, lightbulbs, and other most needed supplies, as outlined by Housekeeping Manager.
  • Work closely with Housekeeping, Property Management & Maintenance teams to ensure 100% owner and guest satisfaction.
  • Perform detailed inspection of Residences post housekeeping to ensure LRMB cleanliness standards are met, and Residences are fully stocked and ready for guest occupancy. 
  • Follow company brand standards.
  • Touch-up the residences after the housekeepers clean them.
  • Assist other departments as necessary.
  • Assist with furniture moving.
  • Assist if needed HK supervision, Houseman.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and always provide the highest level of guest service.
