You Must Meet the Following Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Have and maintain a RI State Licensure is also required.
- Maintain CPR certification
Kent Hospital Graduate Nurse Residency Program:
The Kent Hospital Graduate Nurse Residency Program is a 12-month program designed to support new graduate registered nurses who recently have graduated from an accredited nursing program, and those registered nurses with less than 1 year of experience. Positions available for the Nurse Residency program on Med-Surg Units, Critical Care, and in the Float Pool. Programs are also offered for those candidates interested in the Emergency Department.
Upon completion of the Kent Hospital Nurse Residency Program, you will be well prepared to be an integral part of the nursing team.
