National Power, LLC (the “Company”) has an immediate opening for a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join our growing finance team.  This role is primarily responsible for performing comprehensive assessments of the Company’s financial statements, ensuring accuracy, transparency and reliability in reporting.  The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modeling skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial accounting principles.

Essential Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  1. Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes.
  2. Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers affecting financial performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data and insights.
  4. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  5. Assist in due diligence efforts related to mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting financial reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • Proven experience (7 years or more) in financial planning and analysis or similar role, with a focus on Quality of Earnings (Q of E)
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis; advanced Excel skills required
  • Hands on experience integrating acquired businesses into Financial ERP and processes
  • Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely
