Position Details:

  • Salary: $85,675 to $128,502
  • Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (distributed in three equal payments)

Job Description:

Under the guidance of the Director/Manager of Radiology, the Supervisor of MRI Technologies will:

  • Manage technical and compliance aspects of MRI operations.
  • Assist in scheduling staff to meet patient volume requirements.
  • Participate in the hiring process for new employees.
  • Supervise technical procedures, patient care, and workflow to ensure safety and effectiveness.
  • Perform MRI Technologist duties.
  • Act as a coach, providing guidance and fostering collaboration within the department.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation on weekends (8 AM - 12 PM, Saturday and Sunday).

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from an accredited Medical Radiographic Program.
  • Advanced certification in MRI.
  • Minimum of three years of MRI experience.
  • At least two years of experience as a lead tech or supervisor.
  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ACR accreditation.
  • Active MRSO certification.
