Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPRN Physical TherapistOverview: NEED GRADS ARE WELCOMED TO APPLY As a PRN (as-needed) Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing rehabilitation services to patients on an as-needed basis. Your expertise in physical therapy will contribute to improving the overall health and well-being of patients, while also supporting the healthcare team in delivering comprehensive care.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct physical therapy assessments and evaluations for patients
  • Create customized treatment plans based on patient needs
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patient mobility and function
  • Provide hands-on therapy and manual techniques
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and patients
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
  • Handle administrative tasks related to patient care
  • Monitor and reassess the effectiveness of treatment plans

Required Qualifications:
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • CPR certification
  • Proven experience in physical therapy practice
  • Excellent knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess and analyze patient needs
  • Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping
  • Commitment to patient-centered care
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Physical stamina and dexterity for hands-on therapy
