**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team, responsible for providing assistance and support to residents in a healthcare facility. The Care Partner will help residents with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and emotional support to ensure their well-being and comfort.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Caregiver is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate care to residents.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Help residents with mobility and transfer as needed.
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for residents.
