Administrative Assistant & Dispatcher at Integrated Facilities Services

Shift: Monday – Fridays 12pm - 8:30pm

Salary: 25.00/hr.

Location: 2124 University Ave St. Paul, MN

 Requirements/Qualifications:

  • You must be 18 years old.
  • You must be able to pass a background check.
  • For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
  • 1-2 years within an office setting
  • Plumbing/HVAC/Construction experience preferred but not required.

 Job Duties:

As you might expect, processing, dispatching and customer service is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

  • Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations
  • Communicating customer requests, immediate needs work orders and other important messages to technicians and supervisors
  • Using dispatch equipment and software to contact employees or emergency personnel
  • Be able to work with supervisors to solve any customer requests
  • Create and prepare daily work schedules and work orders
  • Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information
  • Issuing purchase orders and invoices
  • Coordinating subcontractors
  • Assist in ordering equipment and supplies
  • Working within Great Plains software
  • General accounting
