The Classic Center is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Grounds Maintenance professional at The Classic Center. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facility's exterior areas, including the parking deck, elevators, sidewalks, and other designated spaces, inside and outside.


As a member of our team, you will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our employees, visitors, and guests. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks such as sweeping, power washing, debris removal, leaf clearance, and ensuring proper disposal of trash and waste. We value meticulous attention to detail, as it is crucial to ensuring that all areas are thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained.

Qualifications:

  1. Clean driving record.
  2. Ability to demonstrate basic cleaning techniques and perform manual tasks requiring physical strength and perform reasonably heavy labor.
  3. Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions accurately.
  4. Previous experience in event set-up, custodial, housekeeping and/or groundskeeping is desirable.
  5. The applicant offered this position will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test.
