Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in UX research and design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Proficiency in Axure for creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and research findings clearly and effectively.

Experience conducting a variety of user research methods, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to hold a Public Trust clearance.
