Job DescriptionJob Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Implement entire project cycle of large, complex projects, including design, development, material procurement, construction, and project completion.
  • Work with entry level engineers to help develop process solutions, code compliance, engineering standards, proper company and safety standards and good engineering practices.
  • Work with both the operations and engineering teams as a technical lead providing troubleshooting guidelines, engineering support and field engineering support on complex problems including cross-discipline issues working with multiple components of personnel.
  • Engage in the PSM process/activities working with the local PSM personnel. Help maintain PSI, develop MOCs, conduct PSSRS, participate in PHA/LOPAs, etc.
  • Maintain process simulations and utilize the simulation files for troubleshooting, project development, training and developing cost estimates.
  • Work with the engineering and business development groups to assist in the development of projects and estimates.
  • Review design of facilities and equipment from a process standpoint and provide specifications for equipment and instrumentation.
  • Analyze data, and perform engineering calculations and analysis.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering Discipline from a 4-year, accredited college or university.
  • Previous Natural Gas industry understanding
  • 6-15 years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, and Operations Support
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer software.
  • Experience with Engineering analysis including specialty software.
