Responsibilities:
  • This is a very fast-paced, extremely detail oriented position as you are handling state documents
  • Registering and titling vehicles
  • Keep detailed files, notes and computer task updating for progress of day
  • Must be excellent in Excel
  • Communicate with state authorities daily
  • Communicate with the sales team and accounting team as well as title team
  • Must be able to work with a partner as much of this work is done in partnership
Requirements:
  • Team player with great attitude
  • Willing to help in other accounting/office positions if needed
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Previous Automotive experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Executive Tag platform preferred
  • Great organizational skills a must
  • Must have a great attitude and willingness to work within a team atmosphere
  • Must be able to work 40-45 hours per week. This position is hourly and you will be paid overtime for anything over 40 hours
  • Knowledge of DealerTrak preferred
