Care Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Care Supervisor (CNA or CBRF Certified preferred)
Specifics:
30 hours per week
Primary schedule Monday – Friday, with 6-hour daily shifts varying between the hours of 7am – 5pm
On-call required in collaboration with the Director of Health Services
No weekends or holidays unless required for open care shifts
Supervises a care team of 4 – 5 resident care assistants (RCA)
Includes shifts as an RCA
Certification preferred (CNA or CBRF certified); opportunity for certification and renewal when hired
Minimum 5 years caregiving at a senior community REQUIRED
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory position REQUIRED
