We are seeking a Servant Leader who has the proven ability to inspire future leaders and Team Members to excellence in operations and relationships. The ultimate goal for this position is to partner with other leaders to drive outstanding results through their ability to collaborate with other leaders and to inspire their team to achieve results at the top of the chain. Metrics include food safety, food quality, operations, culture, customer and team satisfaction.
As a Manager, this servant leader will be in a fast-paced restaurant environment working alongside other servants, coaching and developing Team Leads and Team Members to solving problems. This role requires effective communication and the ability to train, be trained, and adapt on the spot. Long-term, this individual will have the opportunity to continue to serve as a top servant leader in an even larger capacity or even pursue becoming an Owner/Operator themselves.

- Serve on a leadership team of other servants that oversees daily business operations
- People development: inspire, train, develop, and care for team members under your leadership
- Take ownership of all aspects of the operations
- Help prepare, cook, and assemble food for guests daily as needed
- Demonstrate servant leadership in all areas of business
