Position Summary: Join our exciting fast pace Orthopedic Department As surgery scheduler you will play a vital role in assuring patients care/surgeries are being scheduled accurately. We are looking for people focused individuals with great customer service skills.

Essential Job Functions: Responsibilities will include working with hospitals and surgical centers. Scheduling surgeries and procedures. Keeping schedules for doctors in order and current. Working with insurance companies Answering phones. Scheduling surgeries with patients. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Must have great customer service skills. Be able to multi-task. Have excellent computer skills and the ability to be detailed, hardworking and proactive. Must be a high school graduate, some college education preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.

Hours: Hours: 32-40 hours Monday-Friday
