Human Factors Specialist

Overview

Helios Defense Solutions, LLC is seeking highly motivated, qualified Technical Recruiters immediately on a contract basis to assist in identifying candidates, properly vetting these candidates, and generating recruiting leads to fill training seats and meet personnel shortage requirements within the U.S. Army Cyber Corps in all cohorts (officers, warrant officers, and enlisted personnel) in support of the U.S. Army Cyber School at Ft. Eisenhower, GA.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in planning, developing, and implementing a comprehensive plan that evolves from month to month for all cohorts.
• Developing a marketing plan to track and measure the effectiveness of the marketing and recruiting program.
• Conducting recruiting analysis.
• Implementing recruiting marketing processes.

Required Qualifications

• Be a U.S. Citizen
• Possess a minimum of SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university majoring in Business, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, or Statistics with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Have an in-depth understanding of all aspects of human factors.
• At least 3 years of market analysis experience.
• At least 1 year of experience assessing talent.
• Ability to analyze data and make recommendation based on trends.
• Track performance against agreed upon metrics with the government.
